A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Due to my demanding schedule, appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Your deposit serves as a commitment to both my time and yours. Please note that deposits become non-refundable within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. At Adornami Crowns, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. In order to respect both my time and the scheduling needs of other clients, the following cancellation policy is enforced: • A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Deposits become non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time. • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or appointments abandoned after 15 minutes without communication may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit. • Clients arriving significantly late may need to be rescheduled depending on the remaining availability for the day. • Please understand that last-minute cancellations impact reserved time that could have been offered to another client.
